My biggest takeaway is that being intentional takes extra effort and in the end it’s always worth it. Like Kaitlyn said, it holds us accountable and pushes us to do more. This challenge in particular was trickier because I’ve been struggling with adding more protein into my diet. I’ve also never really focused on my steps. I only focused on my activity minutes, so this gave me another way to track my progress. This challenge was super helpful and a great way to kick off this month filled with sweets and other yummy foods!

Hey everyone 💛 I wanted to share an important update about our Skool community as my business continues to grow and evolve. After a lot of reflection, I’ve realized that my heart is truly in working one-on-one with my clients — that’s where I feel the most connected, fulfilled, and energized. Because of that, I’ve decided to shift this Skool community from a paid group to a free community. (Once I have everything figured out and adjusted, I'll be adding paid tiers for extra support, guidance, and resources, so stay tuned for that!) Here’s what this means: ✨ The community isn’t going anywhere.We’ll still have our monthly challenges, Q&A days, motivational posts, and a supportive space where you can ask questions and get guidance whenever you need it. ✨ I’m opening it up so more moms can get the support they deserve.Making the community free allows more women to join us, get support, and be part of what we’re building here. This also lets me use the group as a way to connect with more people who might want deeper, personalized coaching. ✨ Paid members — you matter, and I see you. You’ve believed in me, invested in this space, and helped it become what it is today. As a thank you for supporting me up to this point, all existing paid members will keep access to the resource library that others won’t see. In addition, I’d love to offer you a free 1:1 nutrition planning call with me — just as a way to pour back into you the way you’ve poured into this community. I’ll share details this week so you can schedule your call. ✨ And for our current challenge… bonus! Since the group is now free, it’s the perfect time to invite your friends and family to join. You’ll still get your extra 5 points for each person who joins through Monday, December 8th at 5pm — so take advantage of it while the challenge is still live and earn those POINTS! This pivot is meant to strengthen the community, give more support to more people, and allow me to put my energy where I can make the biggest impact — while still showing up here with intention and heart.

I was in PD all day so there was a lot of sitting today. To make up for that, I went for a walk during our lunch break in the freezing cold and I just walked in place in my bedroom for 300 steps to reach over 8,000 haha!
