Constant issues since hitting 100 reviews
First off thanks to review harvest for helping get me to 100 reviews. Shortly after hitting the 100 mark, my reviews dropped to 90. I followed Clays video and got my reviews back within 48hrs. It's been a little over a week and my review count drops lower every time I look at it. It's like watching your favorite stock crash, and at the most important time of the year. I tried going through the process to get them back and Google support said that they already looked into this issue for me.... So is there anything else that can be done? I should have 102. Last I checked, was showing 85. There's only a few actual reviews missing, so the count isn't even accurate.

I just had an unexpected 1 star review posted to my GMB profile from a request that Review Harvest sent out. I was under the impression that this platform would give us the opportunity to reach out to dissatisfied customers before those types of reviews were posted on GMB. Is that not the case?

@Ryan Pantusa please reach out to support in the bottom corner of your Review Harvest account and we will walk you through how we can get this removed and the best way to prevent negative reviews. By default we do not "gate" or "filter" reviews because it's against Google's policies and we don't want to put anyones profile at risk, but we do have some solutions for you.
Should I react to reviews?
I noticed that the reviews no longer get reacted to with 🙏, I was wondering if there was a reason for that. In addition, should I remove the 🙏 from all of my old reviews?

No I wouldn't go remove those it was just a cool little way for people to say whether a review was helpful
