Nobody joined this week. Quick! Change the About page! Change the headline. Switch out the keywords. Rewrite the CTA. Change the price. Maybe add another bonus? BREATHE. You got this. If you're constantly watching your member count and tweaking your community every time it doesn't move, you may be spending way too much time decorating the doorway instead of giving people a reason to walk toward it. PLUS, tweaking everything all at once makes it impossible to know which change worked anyway. So if you ARE compelled to tweak, change just one thing. One variable. Then give it 30 days to prove itself. In the meantime... get to work connecting with people. Commenting on posts. Starting conversations. Showing up where your people already are. Staying consistent with one primary message. And maybe giving those little conversations somewhere extra to GO, especially if you just made your community paid to take advantage of Growth Boost, and Reviews, and that obtuse-AF Efficiency Score thingie. 🤔 Because some people will be curious but not ready to join. 🧠 Some want to understand how you think first. 🏅 Some need to experience a little win with you before they'll pay for access to you. That's where a webinar or masterclass can do some heavy lifting. And by webinar, I don't mean the godawful slog fest of webinars past. I mean a workshop, a class, a focused event built around solving ONE problem your people already want solved — with a natural path into your community for the people who want to keep going. 🚨 And a webinar can also help you in one other very important way: it builds your email list so that you have a way of following up with people who showed initial interest and then stepped back. If you're only driving traffic to your community, you never know who came, what questions they had, why they didn't join, etc. With a webinar funnel you now have a mechanism to get off the hamster wheel and glean that info. Here in the Classifieds, @Shannon Boyer teaches you exactly how to structure your masterclass for the best results, then gives you the space to test it out.
