When you're jumping between tasks, ideas, or "I should probably do this too" it's really hard to make progress on anything. Here's what to do instead: Step 1: Pick your one thing What would have the biggest positive impact on your business right now? Not the most exciting thing. Not the thing you think you "should" do. The thing that would make a real difference. Step 2: Break it down small What's one tiny action you could do today, even if you're tired or distracted? Make it small enough that you can't talk yourself out of it. Step 3: Put it at the top of your list Every day, do that one thing first, before you get sidetracked with anything else.
