The Power of Community
Welcome to The Preachers Lab—where preachers grow for real! In this 5 min 50sec session, Bishop Martin Wilson reminds us that your next level won’t happen in isolation. Growth accelerates when you’re plugged into a community that sharpens your gift, strengthens your voice, and pushes you higher. This is your space to level up—spiritually, mentally, and in your preaching. Engage. Connect. Jump in. And don’t keep this to yourself—invite another pastor or preacher who needs this kind of growth and support. Iron sharpens iron, and The Lab is where preachers rise together. Let’s grow. Let’s build. Let’s elevate! You're in the right place—welcome to The Lab! 🔥📖💪
The Power of Community
Thank God for Community. Thank God for you, Bishop Wilson, and your allowing the vision that you received from God to flow through you!
Wow!! What a Power Call tonight!
We are so incredibly grateful to God for the wonderful experience we had during our inaugural meet-and-greet call! The atmosphere was electric, filled with engaging discussions and genuine connection as we all got to know one another better. It was truly a highlight to connect with such a dedicated group of individuals. And then, as if orchestrated by divine timing, came what we can only describe as a powerful "Prophetic Hit"! During this call, we collectively felt a profound sense of guidance and direction from God. He spoke to each of us individually, offering clarity and purpose for the exciting season ahead. This has been a truly transformative experience for all of us. Apostle @Avery Kinney Than you for your submission and your willingness to be used! Thank you all so very much for your contributions, your openness, and your willingness to share your insights. Your presence and participation made this meet-and-greet call an unforgettable and incredibly blessed event! @John Barber @Jennifer Webb Farris @Avery Kinney @Theodore Lanham
Wow!! What a Power Call tonight!
I am so sorry that I missed such an impactful moment. I will be at the next gathering! Blessings to all.
Welcome New Member!!!
This lady and her twin sister hold a special place in my heart! The Lord used them to be a tangible manifestation of the Holy Spirit in my life as a middle schooler. They were strong in the church from a young age and weren't ashamed to share their faith! I remember the Caldwell twins telling me, on several occasions, "Now, Poopie (my nickname then), you know Aunt Elva wouldn't want you doing that!" I would immediately be convicted and mad all at the same time 🥰! But I thank God for loving me enough to want me to do what was right and sending the Caldwell sisters, until I got my own relationship with Him! So, help me welcome @Irene Caldwell!! My lifetime friend!!!
Welcome
Ep. 8 Preach with Power & Protocol
“Management as a Spiritual Act” Runtime 11m 50sec In this episode of Preaching with Power and Protocol, Bishop Martin Wilson exposes one of the most overlooked disciplines in preaching: the spiritual power of managing your time. Preachers often focus on the message, but God also cares about the minutes. Time is part of the assignment. How you handle it reveals your maturity, your respect for the house, and your submission to the Holy Spirit. This teaching challenges every preacher to rethink what it means to honor the pulpit, honor leadership, and honor God. You’ll discover why going over time is more than a practical mistake — it’s a spiritual misstep that can cost trust, credibility, and future invitations. If you’re serious about preaching with excellence, integrity, and order, this episode will sharpen your discipline and elevate your effectiveness. Preaching with Power and Protocol — because power means nothing without protocol. #PreachingWithPowerAndProtocol #BishopMartinWilson #PreachersLab #PreachingWithExcellence #TimeManagementInPreaching https://youtu.be/1rkuRsjYdn8?si=snBfgmVj18t_M0P6
Well said Bishop! I hope you won’t mind if I borrow this in some of my teaching. lol
What was the message today?
If you are a pastor or not, what was your message about today?
Today’s Message “We Have A Reason To Be Thankful” Psalms 103:1-12 We live in a time where gratitude struggles to survive. We are challenged in a society that teaches to measure success by possessions, popularity or power. And when life feels uncertain, whether it is because of economic pressures, political challenges or personal battles, our first inclination is to complain. We must remember that God is not looking for one who consistently complains because of what they don’t have, but for those who understand that in spite of what I’m going through, in spite of what I’m facing, in spite of what I don’t have, in all things I will give Him thanks! There are four things that I shared with the congregation that we must do; 1) We must remember who God is, 2) We must rejoice in what He has done, 3) We must rely on His compassionate nature, and 4) We must rest in His complete forgiveness.
You are so correct. The posture of the church has to be in line with scripture. We cannot view gratitude rooted in circumstances as the world does, but it must be rooted in the very nature of God. The text reminds us that thankfulness is not conditional but it is our spiritual response to who God is and what He has done!
