Hi everyone, I'm Miri 👋 I'm a psychologist who builds coaching tools and resources that are grounded in psychological research which coaches can use in their own programs. I love psychology so much that at 46 I left a teaching career to go back to university and study for my master's degree and it was the best decision I ever made. What I love most is that I get to help people for a living. Coaches are out there doing incredible work but creating resources takes so much time, so I make the tools they need so they can skip straight to the part they love, actually working with their clients. The fact that I built a business around that still makes me so happy. I'm excited to be here to connect (and maybe geek out with a few of you about psychology along the way) 💛

Hi I am Sara I live in Portland Oregon. I’m a dog mom and auntie. Left corporate after 22 years to start my own business online, it has been a journey so far learning so much in this space. Learning and taking action putting myself out there being seen and visible which is new to me. Getting out of the employee mindset to solo business owner is a big change and I’m so thankful for the inner work I have done and continue to do as I evolve and grow.
