Brakes & Deceleration is now live inside the classroom. You’re only as powerful as your ability to stop. Stop the body fast → accelerate the barrel. This phase cleans up: - Power leaks - Bad direction - Bat drag - Poor coverage & adjustability 👉 Classroom → Precision Hitter System → Phase 6 Lock in. Transfer it. Deliver the barrel.

Hello Coach What would you recommend me a quad dominant swing or high stance for me the high stance is better because I can see the ball better but I want you to give me your opinion . I inspire to play at the professional level

🦶Controlling Pressure & Staying Behind The Frontside 🦶
When you anchor down your back foot & leg to the ground you build pressure into the backside. Holding that pressure as you stride out will help you stay in your backside and behind your frontside. @Sebastian Godinez
