Change your profile and cover page today, add a bit of who are what you do as a description. Include your Skool community and why they should join. This is also a good time to do a 7 day trial.. Do this monthly..if you do it too often it wonโ€™t work.. Facebook's algorithm pushes out profile and cover page updates to more of your audience. They see it as the user must have a special update and will let more people see it. Can you tell...I love the first day of the month. #itsthefirstofmonth #getuptuptup

3 things Skool leaders should do at the start of the month
What are some of your start of the month Skool rituals? If you run a Skool, tighten this up before the month really gets moving. First, reduce notifications. Yes โ€” even mine. We donโ€™t help each other by being distracted. If you own a Skool, thatโ€™s your priority. Then 2โ€“3 communities where youโ€™re building authority. Then maybe one youโ€™re learning from. Thatโ€™s it. If your phone is lighting up all day from 12 groups, youโ€™re reacting instead of leading. Turn things off and focus. Second, ask better questions and collect real data. Not just โ€œhow yโ€™all doing?โ€ Ask what theyโ€™re stuck on. Ask what theyโ€™re building. Ask what would make this month a win. If engagement is low, ask something fun or debatable to wake the room up. Engagement is feedback. Use it. Third, keep your cycles short and intentional. I made the mistake of running 30-day challenges at the start of my journey. My audience couldnโ€™t stick to itโ€ฆ and honestly, I barely could either. Now I run a challenge the first 5 or last 5 days of the month. Short, focused, clear. Sometimes tied to a sale or upgrade. I also use a freemium group that feeds into paid offers, and that structure has helped conversions. Strong start. Clear focus. Short cycles.

Starting a SKOOL. 1K in 30 days
I started a SKOOL IN JULY right after Skool made the hobby plan available. I had no idea what I was doing. But. I kept posting and working to figure out what my members needed and how I could give it to them in a way that worked! This means, I posted and got no responses. I also posted and got tons of responses. I changed the name of the group. The purpose of group. In October, Skool came out with Tiers and by October 31st, I had my tiers set. by December 1st. I had earn my first 1k in Skool. But what I realized more than that is that if I: honestly helped people. adjusted. remain both determined and passionate about helping people transform that anything is possible. Skool is for those who thrive from connection and helping people. I am excited to be here! How about you?
