Just took the DDS Builder Codex Pledge! Here's what each commitment means to my journey. 🚀
Taking this pledge isn't just about reading the text; it's about setting a standard for how I show up in the AI and data space every single day. Even with a packed schedule, I'm going to do my best to squeeze time in between my studies and other activities to stay on track. Here is the commitment I'm making to myself and to this community: 🪪 Identity No more waiting until I feel like an "expert" to share my work. I'm owning where I am right now, documenting the process, and showing up consistently—wins, bugs, and all. 📚 Learning Shifting my mindset from frustration to curiosity whenever I hit a wall. Mastering these tools takes time, and I'm in it for the long haul. 🔨 Building Less time spending hours on end watching tutorials, and more time getting my hands dirty in the code. Shipping real, working projects is the main goal. 🤝 Community Building isn't a solo sport. I'm here to give feedback, answer questions where I can, share what I learn, and hype up other builders in the group. Drop a comment below if you've taken the pledge too, or let me know what project you're currently building—let's connect! 👇

Build an AI application you can actually demonstrate.
Nearly 200 people have already joined the Building Agentic AI Application Challenge in collaboration with AI Everything Abu Dhabi, running 5–13 September. Choose a real problem and work towards a functioning application through practical checkpoints—from defining your idea to building, testing and preparing your demo. * Create a project for your portfolio. * Practise applying AI to a real use case. * Build alongside a community of learners and developers. * Choose a coding or no-code/low-code path. Registration is free. Explore the challenge and register: https://decodingdatascience.com/challenge Know someone who wants to turn their AI learning into a real project? Share this with them.

Looking forward
🏆 I am pleased to announce that I have officially taken the DDS Builder Codex Pledge.
Launching into Builder Mode: Taking Action in My AI Journey. I’m excited to announce that I have completed AI Builder Codex and received my Certificate of Commitment from Decoding Data Science (DDS). To me personally, this achievement marks a transition into a new mindset. Instead of staying stagnant in just learning about AI, I’m looking to continue growing by building, experimenting, solving, and sharing what I learn along the way. AI Builder Codex helped provide me with a framework that I hope to implement throughout my learning journey: ✅ Identity — Identifying who you are as a technical professional and the standards you hold yourself to. ✅ Learn — Building skill with intention. Instead of learning what you can, learn how you can learn. ✅ Build — Creating tangible assets from your knowledge. Whether it’s new AI agents or using your knowledge to solve real world problems. ✅ Community — Share what you learn and build. Grow with others, learn from others, and find opportunities to collaborate. Moving forward, my philosophy will be simple: Learn → Build → Share → Elevate I believe that in order for someone to truly learn something, they must take action. Yes there is value in tutorials and online learning courses but what you really learn is by building projects, experimenting with new ideas, failing, and improving. Thank you to Mohammad Arshad, the Decoding Data Science team, and the entire DDS community for fostering a learning environment that values action, accountability, collaboration, and continual growth. This is just the launch pad. I cannot wait to build more projects, further my AI and automation knowledge, and continue transforming ideas into reality. 🚀 💬Let me know in the comments! What helped you transition from a learner to a builder? You Don’t Have to Be Ready to Start 🚀
I was going through the Building Codex from the AI Builder Codex, and this one really stood out to me. Builders don’t wait until they feel completely ready. I think it’s easy to feel like you need to know more, learn more, or have everything figured out before starting something. But building is actually a process: Problem → Attempt → Feedback → Improvement → Proof You start with a problem, try something, see what works and what doesn’t, get feedback, improve it, and keep going. It reminded me that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be progress. Sometimes you just have to start, learn from the attempt, and keep improving. 💻🚀

You Don’t Have to Be an Expert to Contribute 🤝
I was going through the Community Codex from the AI Builder Codex, and this one stood out to me. I used to think that contributing to a community meant that you needed to know a lot or have something impressive to share. But it’s actually much simpler than that. You can contribute by asking questions, sharing what you’re learning, supporting someone else, or even sharing your progress. I really liked the idea of becoming a multiplier — someone who helps make the community a little better than it was before. You don't have to be the most experienced person in the room. Sometimes, just being curious, helpful, and willing to share is enough. 💙
