Day 844 Dadbod Mooselift 1C
The last couple weeks The narrative has been tomorrow... When it comes to working out. Lots of excuses around integrating third shift, dad life, and Entrepreneurship... But the reality is I can find 45 minutes if it's a priority. So tada! My hope is to start live streaming workouts a bit more in a webinar format and for folks to be able to interact and chat... Today's my Day 844 but it's also Day 1

Love this honesty. It’s rarely about motivation - it’s about deciding it’s a priority and showing up anyway. Day 844 and Day 1 is a powerful place to be. Respect for putting it out there and doing the work 👊

@Joseph Isosaki Exactly - starting again is often the hardest part. And showing up anyway is what keeps the streak alive 👊
Sometimes What We Loose Can Propel Us Forward...
Crashing out as an entrepreneur and hitting zero in Tokyo was one of the most painful experiences of my life... but it has provided so much perspective on the Life I want to actively build towards in the years to come. ... so I'm curious... Is there a moment of loss in your own life that has propelled you towards something greater? PS that's a japanese maple =D

Stine – From Darkness to Purpose, and a Life in Motion
Origin ✨️In October 2022, I was seriously ill. My body was so drained from autoimmune disease that I could barely get out of bed. I had lost myself. I couldn’t be a mother, a wife, or the woman I knew deep down I was created to be. I wasn’t believed. I wasn’t met with support. And I came close to giving up. But right there, in the middle of the darkness, something happened. I encountered God — deeply. His presence, combined with my decision to reclaim my health and life, changed everything. Today, I still live with autoimmune conditions — but they no longer control me. They’re in check. I’ve gone from nearly bedridden to running around at 120% speed, filled with renewed strength, vision, and a deep desire to use my story to help others. I’m a mother again. A wife again. And I’m filled with the Holy Spirit — who’s given me a peace and power I’ve never known before. 💎Desired Future (Hilltop View): I envision a future where my work creates deep, measurable change — both for individuals and communities. I want to help as many people as possible improve their health through test-based, science-backed solutions that truly transform lives. At the same time, I’m passionate about empowering women and children in India through EmpowerHer India. I want to help build a new reality for them — one where health, education, and financial freedom go hand in hand. I want to place preventive health at the center of the global conversation — in Norway, in India, and beyond. 💥Why: Because I know it’s possible to build a strong, purpose-driven career out of passion and life experience — even when you’ve faced deep setbacks. I want to be a voice and a light for others who’ve felt invisible, burned out, or stuck. I believe in the power of sharing and lifting others, and I’ve seen how it creates ripple effects in both health and finances. But even more — I do this for my family. I want my husband to be able to retire early and enjoy the freedom we’ve worked so hard for. I want to create a future of financial security not just for us — but for our children and future grandchildren. I dream of laying a foundation that lasts for generations.

@Joseph Isosaki Thank you, Joseph. I appreciate that. Right now, the challenge is staying disciplined with focus - protecting health, energy, and priorities while building slowly and intentionally. Less urgency, more alignment. That’s the work in this season.

@Joseph Isosaki Thank you, Joseph. I agree - it’s not the easiest path, but it’s the one that lasts 😁

@Joseph Isosaki Clarity and consistency. Doing fewer things, but doing them well - health first, sustainable leadership, and building with people who are willing to show up and do the work. Depth over speed, and progress even on the quiet days.

@Joseph Isosaki By being clear about standards and pace from the start and by modeling consistency over hype. I don’t try to convince; I build openly, and the right people recognize themselves in that.
Mini Family Emergency
Hey friends... I delayed the authenticity workshop to next week as I'm navigating a mini family emergency... Keeping this one private [but we'll be alright] I appreciate you all!
