Propose a marriage at first sight
5 better alternatives to “How are you?”
Instead of saying “Hi how are you” all the time (WHICH SOUNDS BORING) how do you spice things up in your conversations? For me personally I have a good/bad habit of saying “YOOO” whenever I greet someone. Then I proceed to say positive something about their looks, the situation, or the action. Just curious how you guys roll in convos!

🐲The Bullet We Don't Have to Dodge
I used to be very self-conscious of my physique because I was too Shredded. No joke. My teachers would compliment me when I was competing at events. Friends would tell me I looked crazy in the locker room. But I was worried that people would label me attention-seeking. So I wore long sleeves and hoodies. But over the years, my perspective changed. I didn't care about it any more. I started to wear sleeveless tops when I went to the gym. Then, I stared to do track work without a shirt. Before long, I was making artistic videos displaying my physique. @Jason Olofsen let me know if my video looks okay :) I realized that my physique is a part of my identity that I did not need to hide any more. And if some people think it's weird to have a super Shredded body, so be it. I've got people I met in real life asking me what's the point of physical training. I would have given lectures when I was much younger. But now I just don't care. This is my life and I love physical training and movement. And today, a friend of mine shared this matrix clip to me. Mr. Anderson asked, "You are telling me that I can dodge bullets?" Morpheus says "No Neo. I'm trying to tell you when you are ready, you won't have to." What is the Bullet that you used to fear but one day you realized that you didn't even have to dodge? I'm very grateful to have met people on Skool who support me on my journey.

@Shubham Kumar Love your expression man. This is so true. Sounds like you have some similar journey?
Hey hey! I’m Gabby Roberts and I’m super excited to be here 💛
One thing that’s really helped me grow my social confidence lately is nervous system regulation, especially breathwork and somatic releasing. When I feel that “oh no, I have to talk to someone” anxiety kick in, I breathe through it. Literally. Something else that’s been pushing me (in the best way) is this little practice I started: I write cute little notes like: ✨ Your dreams matter because YOU matter ✨ I’m glad you woke up today ✨ To a friendly stranger. Love, a friendly stranger Then I hand them to people. I walk up, smile, and say, “This is for you or feel free to pass it on.” That’s it. Nothing big or performative and it’s wild I’ve had people stop me, give me hugs, say they really needed that. It’s helped me connect with total strangers and made socializing feel fun instead of terrifying. Even if I never see them again, I walk away with a full heart and a lot less fear. So happy to be here can’t wait to connect and keep stepping out of comfort zones with y’all 🥰 Fun fact about me: Me my stray cat, 6 chickens and dog live in beautiful North Carolina and I have 13 tattoos and getting a couple more next week! My fav color is GREEN!
