@Matt Fonk they’re a totally different beast. I own 2. They’re somewhat similar to MH but are very unique. I am currently selling my two to laser focus in MHPs

@Kyle Brose eventually, yes, absolutely. Upfront, you can do 1099 to float you there. But when you start getting more than a handful of employees, you have so many things to consider and so much potential liability. This becomes a real, definitely not “passive” business in short order with some scale. Join @Michael Pansolini and I for more! We can cover this in a lot more detail
