I really needed that beautiful meditation today 💗

Hi @Nadia Rose - I’ve been seeing numerous posts on social media about tonight’s full moon being a potent one. I don’t know if it’s in my head, but some moons I seem to struggle with a little more than others. For the last two days the energy has been quite heavy and headaches have kicked in, but not sure if that’s just the energy of the world right now. Do you have any recommendations for working with or through this? Any particular meditation in the classroom that would assist? Thanks so much 💖
