When you hear “relationship coaching”… what’s the first relationship that comes to your mind? A partner?A parent?A colleague?A friend? Interesting, isn’t it… how quickly our mind picks one. Now here’s a thought—Which is the one relationship you secretly feel should have come with a user manual? Because let’s be honest…Some relationships feel effortless.Others feel like… you’re constantly trying to decode a puzzle with missing pieces. But pause for a moment 👇 That “easy” relationship—Was it the one where you were: - more of the receiver? - more expressive, more heard? And that “hard” relationship—Was it the one where you were: - giving more? - listening more? - adjusting more? We rarely question this. We label relationships as easy or difficult……but what if it’s not the relationship itself? What if it’s the role we are playing in it?

A few compromises… a few “I’ll deal with it later”… and suddenly, survival mode becomes your normal. The mind thinks it’s protecting you. “Just get through today.” But the body keeps the score — fatigue, irritation, low motivation, even random overwhelm. Here’s the catch: What feels like pressure to one person might feel like purpose to another. So there’s no one-size-fix.
