Many men have a solid business plan. Something laid out thats clear about how to move their organization forward. Same with our fitness. We put a MACRO plan, training plan, and a supplement plan in action. We track our progress, talk to other men about it. Check in and see how their doing. What about our Family Plan? What is our plan to live intentionally with our family? Do we have a 10 generation vision with our family or a 2 week pay check vision? Are we just letting life happen to our family or do we actively engage with a purpose and a pre-determined target and destination. What is your Family I.D.?
