@Kit Concepcion meal prep also trying to eat consistently, shift work I usually only got to eat once a day and it was usually not healthy but doing the 28 days made it easier, and made me more conscious of what I am eating.

New menu at work. And I am using the Calz app for each meal! 3 times a day for main meals it says my daily calories is 2515! I put in height weight and age and activity this is what it gave me.
Losing my pants
Hi all A few issues this time round! but back at it and down two pants size 144-140. Weight not dropping as much as first time round but I am eating healthier and my mindset is in a good place. Looking forward to 50 years and dropping down a few more pants size.
