I feel like this program has given me my life back in just 2.5 weeks. My energy has been unmatched. Before starting, I could run about 2 miles. Now I’m up to 9 miles; I still have energy afterward, and I’m not sore the next day. I had also missed two menstrual cycles before joining, and my cycle returned.
