Follow the Process
Many businesses don't consider the process when they run their marketing.
There is a process from beginning to end.
For example, we tried to help someone fix their business but they decided to run radio ads - and they didn't have a website.
Follow the customer journey end-to-end. Don't invest in the wrong order or you'll regret it.. and your wallet will too.
