I practically look forward to this moment after a noisy day filled with people speaking loudly, cars blowing their horns, and crowds moving in all different directions.
During the Stillness Path, I experienced a complete reset. My mind clears, my energy settles, and I can think and plan my next steps with greater focus and intention.
