She couldn't even talk

Yesterday on Zoom, Liz showed up to our meeting with zero voice.

Like literally couldn't speak. Laryngitis had stolen her vocal cords. Most people would've cancelled. They would've sent a "so sorry, raincheck?" message and bailed.

Not Liz.

She logged on anyway. While I was talking, her messages started popping up in the chat. Quick little typed responses. Questions. Ideas. Feedback that actually mattered.

We had a full productive meeting. She participated more than half the people who CAN talk. Crazy.
