Flood of Messages

What changed? All of a sudden, there has been a flood of messages coming in from random people..

None of the messages are rude or inappropriate, nor are they selling anything, on the contrary, most people seem to be nice about their inquiries, but others definitely strike me as BOTS.. I have not entertained too many of these messages, but I will say the ones i have entertained are really pushy about wanting to obtain information from you.. As a Veteran, I have practiced OPSEC quite a bit, so I definitely know what information to disclose and not disclose.. I'm simply shedding light on this in case it begins to occur to others or curious to know if I am not alone in this? Thanks!
