The youtube journey
If I were starting again in 2026, I wouldn’t post more videos.
I’d post fewer, but every one would be engineered around one question:
Why should the algorithm trust this channel?
2025 exposed the truth the hard way — volume doesn’t scale, structure does.
So we stopped chasing uploads and started designing retention, intent, and positioning first.
That’s when results stopped being random.
