Hello Bright Star, I’ve often heard clients say, “I guess it just comes down to me feeling unworthy.”

But my question is…what do You mean by that? That to me is a big blanket statement…

I think it's really important to know what’s underneath that feeling of unworthiness, because it's layers deep.

Let’s chat about the deeply rooted aspect showing up in your energy field so you can gain some clarity on what layers of unworthiness are playing interference in your life.

~How does it influence you and the way you are in your life?

~How’s the feeling of unworthiness hindering your highest potential?

Unworthiness can come in many forms and in multiple areas of life.

It’s worth taking a moment to look inside, as well as outside of yourself, to notice just how unworthiness feeling tones are displayed in your current reality.

Whether your unworthiness is rooted in physical manifestation as criticism of your body, illness or disease OR Lack of money, security or foundation.

…Rooted in your emotional stance as comparing yourself with others, taking yourself out of something good because of your insecurities OR feeling overwhelmed with regard to a current issue or situation you’re in.

…Rooted in your mental perspective that inhibits your vision of possibility, others can have things, but not you OR fear devouring your hopes, dreams and wishes before you can even get started!

…Rooted in your spiritual life with feelings of abandonment, loneliness or questioning what you’re doing here OR not giving yourself credit for the amazing talent that you are…so your gifts go unnoticed and wilt away.

So where is your unworthiness rooted?
