Awakening Your Heart

Have you ever thought about what this means ~ Awakening Your Heart? For me, awakening the heart holds multiple layers of meaning and significance. It means coming into that space of love and openness, of trust, compassion and vulnerability.

One thing I've noticed is that a lot of people see vulnerability as a weakness, when in fact, it’s a source of strength. Being vulnerable is not easy and we've been so conditioned to believe that we have to protect our heart from being hurt and from being broken. It's for this very reason that I've noticed a lot of people have a wall or barrier around their heart.

Our heart is so much stronger than we are aware. It's a source of so much love and wisdom and when there's a barrier or wall of protection around it, this is preventing you from opening up to receive that love and strength that is there to support you. Quite often there is so much resistance and fear around opening up, around being vulnerable because of the possibility of being hurt.

In sessions, I've noticed there's so much sadness in people's hearts... sadness they didn't even realize they were holding onto.... sadness, loss and grief. These heavy, dense, lower vibrational energies prevent you from coming into the space of your heart. I call these discordant energies because they're not in alignment with the truth of who you are.

My special gift as a Heart Awakening Master, is to help people open and awaken to the remembrance of who they are... helping them to remember their greatness and magnificence. But, it's so important to clear these discordant energies that get in the way of reclaiming the space of your heart.. all the fear, doubt, resistance, mistrust…
