A quick question

Hello everyone i run a company where we acquire clients through cold email outreach. Recently, I’ve been exploring the idea of working with specialized cold email agencies that offer similar services.

However, I’m not fully clear on how these partnerships typically work. Do agencies usually charge a percentage of the deal value (for example, around 30%), or do they operate on a fixed fee or retainer model?

Also, how is the workflow usually handled and would I need to provide them with email accounts and infrastructure, or do they manage everything on their end?

Lastly, where can I find reliable cold email agencies? Most platforms I’ve tried seem to focus only on lead generation tools rather than actual done-for-you outreach services. Would really appreciate any insights or recommendations.
