Simple, but not easy.
Losing 80 lbs was the simplest thing I’ve ever done. It was also the hardest.
The simple part:
  1. Eat less than you burn (Deficit).
  2. Lift heavy 3-4x a week (Train).
  3. Sleep 7+ hours (Recover).
The hard part: Doing it when you're tired. Doing it when the kids are screaming. Doing it when work blows up.
I built this group so you don't have to white-knuckle it alone.
The guys getting results here are the ones who post their wins and their fails. It's important to share setbacks too, as we encourage open discussion about struggles.
