Just sat down for my first meal of the day and it’s a heavy hitter.
We’re talking a ribeye, 3 whole eggs, and a full box of egg whites. I topped it off with my "special sauce"—Greek yogurt, ketchup, and some Jamaican hot sauce for that kick.
