Hiring Latin America

I finished reading Kasim's book (which is great) and we are trying to improve attention to detail. The first position is for different versions of an SEO/Content Manager position. Literally no one from Latin America is being caught by the (read this job post) fly trap in the description. We even moved it to the first paragraph on LinkedIn. What is frustrating is that we had Indian applicants some how apply and follow the instructions.
