I’m Mubashir, CEO of a marketing agency.

I joined this company on day one as a graphic designer, grew into Creative Head, and when internal leadership issues surfaced and the CEO stepped away, the owner trusted me to step up and lead.

Right now, I’m captaining a ship that’s been tested—but not broken. My focus is clear: build proper structure, define ownership, align the team, and turn chaos into systems. No drama. Just execution.
