I’m considering hosting an End of Year working session on December 31st.
We’ll run my End of Year Framework and actually design the year ahead.
- Clear priorities.
- Non-negotiable habit stacks.
- Known risks identified and neutralized before they become expensive.
- Direction instead of hope.
This will be a working meeting. Cameras on. Pens out. Decisions made.
You’ll leave with a plan you can execute on January 1, not a feeling that fades by January 7.
And maybe we'll even have a little fun...
