Frameworks without culture are useless.
Tools without trust are wasted.
That’s why 3X Freedom runs on a code.
Here’s how this community works:
1. Your problems are our problems.
Don’t suffer in silence. If you’re stuck, you post it. Chances are, someone here has already been through it and can shorten your learning curve.
Remember: Good questions are a GIFT!
Speaking of gifts…
2. Your gifts are our gifts.
This isn’t a stage for gurus, it’s a roundtable of founders. If you’ve figured something out, you share it. If you’ve built a system, you drop it. If you’ve learned a painful lesson, you warn the tribe.
3. Share everything.
- Share your wins, so we can celebrate with you.
- Share your struggles, so we can lift you up.
- Share your progress, so others can follow in your footsteps.
The 5 Levels of Problem Solving
I need y’all’s help with this one. There’s a delicate balance I’m trying to strike and I’m not entirely sure how to do it:
- I want people to feel safe and comfortable sharing their problems and shortcomings with the group.
- I don’t want people to simply bellyflop their problems into our collective laps and stare up blankly waiting for us to “fix them”.
Here’s a great framework by Edwin Jansen that I absolutely love called “The 5 Levels of Problem Solving”:
- Level 1: The individual doesn't recognize the problem and doesn't know how to solve it.
- Level 2: The individual can identify the problem but doesn't know the solution.
- Level 3: The individual recognizes the problem and has considered multiple solutions, but is unsure which to choose.
- Level 4: The individual identifies the problem, has multiple solutions, and proposes one.
- Level 5: The individual has already encountered a problem, found a solution, and acted on it, and now reports the resolution post-action.
When you ask for help, don’t show up like a beginner with your hand raised. Show up like a problem-solver who hit a wall. The goal is to be at a minimum of Level 3:
❌ Level 1: “I don’t get it.”
✅ Level 3: “I’m stuck on this part. Here’s what I’ve tried. Here’s my context. What am I missing?”
This helps us help you faster and also keeps you from dragging the group down with questions that require needless clarification and context requests.
Why this matters
Culture is the compound interest of community. The stronger our code, the stronger the value of everything we build here.
This is how 3X Freedom avoids becoming “just another group.”
This is how we build something that lasts.
👉 Drop one gift you bring to this community (a skill, a resource, an experience) in the comments. Don’t hold back and don’t be shy.
Because when you share your gifts, you multiply freedom.

On Friday, October 3rd, at 11:30am PT (2:30pm ET), I’m going LIVE on Zoom to launch the movement you’ve been waiting for.
Don’t just watch, show up. This is where freedom starts.
I love you.
