Blessed to be here. Let’s gooooo
What's up? It's great to be here. My name is Kevin Mohler from Alabama.
I've been an entrepreneur for the last 18 years. Had some successes and failures. One successful exit. One business closed down in COVID. Lost well over a a milly on that one. Collectively, we surpassed $100 million in revenue by the age of 30. That’s a vanity metric but it does mean I’m active lol. I'm 38 now.
My primary activities and business interests today are several.
I'm co-founder and vice president of American Autism and Rehabilitation Center. A center that takes care of kids with various special needs. We do about 16,000 patient visits a year.
I'm president of American Autism and Rehabilitation Foundation. A 501c3 nonprofit organization that raises money to support families with children with special needs in our community.
I'm co-founder and president of DeFiancy. A decentralized finance agency with a proprietary trading desk that is migrating to a fund in the Cayman Islands 2026.
I've done a ton of public speaking. Over 500 keynote presentations to audiences as large as 14,000 people along side with folks like Grant Cardone, Jack Canfield, Robert Kiyosaki and many others. And I'm passionate about personal and professional growth and development.
I have one rental property on Airbnb and live on a homestead farm with my wife of 13 years and my four-year-old little Titan of a son.
I also lead two men's ministries that I am beyond passionate about.
I heard about Pareto Talent last week and jumped in headfirst because I really needed a killer executive assistant. A friend of mine told me about Pareto. That same day I went through multiple YouTube videos and scheduled a discovery call slash demo. The next day completed the onboarding and personality assessment. And by Monday the following week had interviewed a candidate that I am in the process of bringing on board as we speak.
I am beyond excited because with everything I have going on, the biggest bottleneck for the companies that I serve is me. I have too many tasks I'm responsible for that I should not be responsible for and have not had the time to hire a candidate that could do the things that I need done. That's where Pareto Talent has come to the rescue.
I'm excited to be here, elated to learn, and will attempt to provide as much value as I possibly can. Great to meet you all.
