Hi @all, looking for some fresh eyes on a brutal GMC Misrepresentation suspension.
I’m running a Shopify store for a luxury perfume reseller in the UAE. We’ve failed 3 reviews and are now on the cooldown period.
What i have fixed so far:
- Aligned Shipping Policy (was a discrepancy between GMC settings and the website).
- Fixed a typo in the physical address on the footer.
- Verified all contact info matches the business license.
Has anyone in the niche/luxury fragrance space dealt with this recently? Are there specific trust signals Google is looking for beyond the basics?
Any advice on what to check during this cooldown before our next (and likely final) attempt? TIA!
