Smart glasses banned on Royal Caribbean… fair or not fair?
Ray-Ban Metas and similar smart glasses are now restricted in restrooms, kids’ areas, medical areas, and the casino. MSC has gone further and banned them from all public areas. Security can confiscate them if you don’t follow the rules.🕶️
The argument for: unlike a phone, nobody can tell you are recording. That is a privacy issue, especially around kids.
The argument against: how is it any different from the phone that is already in everyone’s hand…
