Live Tours Question

I watched the demonstration video. But I am confused as when i look at the app it says Available to all current and new Pro Plus members. Join now. Does this mean that my client will have to buy a membership to couldpano also so they can use this function? If so i really wish this was not the case because i think that takes away the whole point for whitelisting. Has anyone used this on a tour they built for a realtor? Thank you for any help explaining this in more detail.

Or does this mean that while the tour is live and active that anyone that looks at the tour could share it with anyone and view it together? I would love a more in depth training on this for sure.
