To view all the workout programs in the challenge, click here. This challenge consists of a 3-day workout plan, with each workout day including 2 different workout options. You will begin with Workout 1 during the first half of the challenge, and if the exercises start to feel easier after around 15 days, you can move on to Workout 2 to increase the difficulty level, continue progressing, and avoid hitting a plateau.
This workout plan requires minimal equipment and is not customized for you. BUT, it's a great program for anyone who wants to experience what it's like to train with our fitness app.
I've scheduled your workouts in the calendar, and it would be beneficial if you follow them as closely as possible.
