Well… Christmas party last night and I ate for Australia 😅
If I’m honest, I over-ate big time on the sweets and I feel pretty average today.
But here’s the thing – one blowout doesn’t ruin your progress.
Today I’m:
- Getting back on the horse 🐎
- Keeping it light during the day
- Having a good, healthy meal this arvo when I’m actually hungry
- Drinking plenty of water and moving my body
If you went overboard too, don’t spiral.
Just reset, refocus, and get back on track today. 💪
