It is simple but still amazing how much insight you get just by starting to track and measure things. Personally, it really helps you tune into what your body’s doing.
I noticed I had some red wine on Saturday night, and I find it tends to bump my weight up about 36 hours later.
On Saturday morning I actually dropped to 106 kg (from a starting 106.7 kg earlier in the day ), which felt good, but had a rise in weight after getting a bit social.
Importantly i am getting results the other way which follow bigger efforts about 48 hours later.
