Day 3 of 21
My workout was Pilates at TCF and 3 hrs of dance at Troy Dance Studio; see photo of my macros; I hit my water goal; no alcohol; got 12,305 steps, I haven't taken my photo yet... didn't want to do that after the clear liquid diet I had to do for 2 days. I'm pretty pleased with my day today. It was really nice seeing my friends at the gym today!
