ICE ICE Bath for Day 12!
Totally awesome tub full of ice this morning and it was amazing! 🧊 Much needed and completely invigorating. 🥶 Interesting responses though..I was so cold at first, but by the time my time was up, I could have easily gone a few minutes longer. I was much more peaceful than if it were a few degrees warmer. ?!?! I also warmed up afterwards almost instantly for the most part. The body is so fascinating. 🤔 lol
