So the first week of 2026 has almost already gone! How do you get out of your own head and start really paying attention to what you need to do and actually act on it? Its very difficult to get going if you have no ambition of getting things done. this usually comes from a limiting belief!
because if you cant put your goals down in front of you, then how are you going to stay on top of them? So go get that done ASAP.
3rd: By having posted your goals, you now have the ability to stay accountable! In here we are supposed to hold eachother accountable to everything we set our mind to for 2026! I am counting on YOU to keep me on track for my goals this year and you should be able to count on me to do the same for you! I am lucky to have a partner in as well that shares her days with me, but that means YOU are lucky to have us BOTH as your accountability partners! 4th: Be reasonable with yourself, and make checkpoints in your plan to achieve the goals of this year! If you cant track progress along the way, its easy to lose sight of the direction you need to take to reach it! Going for the end result blindly unless its very short term, is not a simple task and almost guaranteed to make you fail, so make sure you dont make this too hard on yourself!
5th: Share your experiences! Tell us about your day, tell us about the checkpoint you reach, or the struggle you feel when you have them, we are here for YOU, and we cant support you if we dont know what you need our feedback, advice or just us cheering you on for!
