I ran a production studio in Houston for over 10 years.

When I first opened the doors I thought the hard part was going to be the equipment, the sets, the lighting. I had no idea the real hard part was everything else.

Insurance that actually covers you when something goes wrong on set. Contracts that protect you when a client tries to walk out without paying. Knowing how to handle a celebrity who shows up with 15 people when you quoted for 5. Figuring out why your studio looked full on Instagram but your bank account told a different story.

Nobody taught me any of that. I learned it the expensive way.

I am building $100K Studio for the photographer or videographer who is serious about turning their talent into a real business with a real space and real recurring revenue.
