I built this community because I learned that everything I wanted was hiding in the 1%.
I am a 5ft 10 swimmer in a sport built for giants. My rivals stood 6ft 6. I missed Rio Olympics by 0.05 seconds. I missed Tokyo Olympics by 0.2 - Tiny margins. I was never going to close them on talent, so I went hunting for the 1% everywhere it was hiding.
The 1% in my training.

In 2024, I became an Olympian. World, European and Commonwealth finalist. National record holder. Won on the margins I had to chase.
