So stoked to be invited into this group of rad people! Really looking forward to this adventure and having some new accountability buddies! Still trying to nail down my exact goal because I have so many but want to start small so it’s achievable. I’ll have a good think of what it’s going to be and report back soon. I’m really leaning towards something with glute strengthening because I live in whistler and riding season is only 20 days away eeeek!! Much love to all 🫶
